I’ve been meaning to contact you all week- it’s been crazy- we’re actually in Miami for Alyssa and Kyle’s med school graduation!

I just wanted to tell you how completely spectacular the wedding was last weekend.  You, Kelsey and the entire staff were just remarkable- anticipating our every need, allowing us to just sit back and enjoy!

Every guest could not get over how perfect everything was- the delicious food, the fabulous service!

Hi Andrea,

We just wanted to send a quick note as were driving to the airport to thank you and the whole Bonnet/ Meri Makers team. Everyone was incredible to work with and made the day so so perfect. Ellie and Lauren especially were absolutely amazing and anticipated my needs before I even knew I needed it. I had multiple people come up to me saying how well taken care of we were and they were. It was the absolute BEST DAY. I can not say enough good things.

Merri-Makers catered my 60th Birthday party at the Taylor Pavilion in Belmar, From start to finish Patty Kliegerman did an excellentjob in guiding and advising me on planning this special party. The Room looked beautiful when I walked in and saw my vision come together. The Food was excellent, although being the host I did not eat much, but got so many compliments from my guests about how good everything was and a few requests on who the food caterers were.

Having hosted our daughter’s wedding at the one-of-a-kind Ashford Estate, We found the stunning elegance of this venue equal to the culinary expertise of Rick Bott and his Merri-Makers team! These are wedding professionals deserving of your utmost confidence. There was attention to every detail of food quality, taste and presentation. All staff members had that intangible hospitality gene for serving guests with a generous spirit and dignity. These included the strolling servers, the bartenders, the wait staff, the early morning breakfast crew, the cleaning staff and the after party bartenders, to name a few. Laura, who was our main contact, was an absolute pleasure to work with and was an integral part of our decision to choose the Ashford Estate. She helped ease and simplify the decision making process and her recommendations were spot on. We found her confidence contagious and quickly felt comfortable to allow these amazing professionals do what they do best – make all the memory magic happen. It was the event of our dreams. Thank you Ashford Estate and Merri-Makers!

Laura, I just wanted to take the time to reach out and thank you again for everything regarding our NYE wedding. The day was just spectacular (even despite the rain!) You and your staff are truly top of the line. My mom and I kept commenting the whole night at how seamless everything was. You guys run a well-oiled machine there! There was nothing the staff didn’t have a solution for and I am so grateful for all the hard work. We really had the most incredible day and I will continue to re-live it all my life!

We have used Merri-Makers Catering three times in the last year and we would not keep coming back if they were not outstanding. From set-up, hors d’ouevres and dinner to service, dessert and clean-up the Merri-Makers team was incredible. Cindy and Rick Bott have a terrific organization top to bottom including most especially Patty K. who was our event manager for all three events. We were able to relax because we knew Patty would manage everything, solve every problem and make sure we were able to enjoy our event. The best recommendation we can give is to say we will use Merri-Makers again and again at all of our future events.

What a weekend! Phil and I want to thank you and your staff for a fantastic wedding weekend! I am still on a high from such a great day. You, Kelsey, Lisa, Melody, Melissa were unbelievable. (I am sure I missed a name or got someone’s wrong, but you know who was there.) We were overwhelmed by the level of professionalism and attentiveness we received on Saturday. Ali actually started crying she was so touched. There was no stone unturned or one glitch in the entire day. I know that does not happen easily! What a day, what a day, what a day!!!!!

The topper of service was when Lisa and Melody were “cleaning the debris” from Ali’s gown and then literally on their hands and knees blow drying her train which was soaked from pictures. It was unbelievable. And to them it seemed quite normal and natural. Not to us – that was beyond the call of duty. So great!

Please extend our sincere thanks and gratitude for making our daughter’s wedding a dream come true. I also want to know if we can do it again this weekend. 🙂 Seriously!!! hahahaha

I am finally back in Florida and have a moment to send you a proper thank you.

My daughter’s wedding on December 8th was simply pure magic, made possible by your attention to detail and professionalism. Everyone that attended is still talking about how beautiful the day was and I keep saying it is because when you contract with the Ashford, everything is taken care of in such a gracious way.

You have given us memories we will treasure for a lifetime and simply saying thank you does not seem enough.

Thank you SO much for your attention to detail, keeping a drink in everyone’s hands, and executing a flawless evening. Our appreciation cannot be put into words, but I will say that I knew we were in amazing hands the second we met you. After our first meeting, my nerves dissipated with your calm demeanor and “I got this” vibe. You certainly did have it, and you ran with it. Thank you for making our day better than we could have ever imagined!

BRAVO for hiring and managing such a talented team. Your care for our guests and the space they were in did not go unnoticed. We received compliment after compliment of the wonderful service our guests received. One of the waiters came up and hugged me after telling me he’s never seen a bride with moves like that – of course that was followed by a huge hug!! Everyone provided such a family atmosphere and that can only be attributed to wonderful leadership.

Every step we made, you were right there with us. No matter how uncomfortable that was for us as an independent couple, your help and care were incredibly humbling. Whether it meant keeping us out of the rain, my dress clean, Brett’s pants up (literally), our tummy’s full, and drinks in hand, you DID IT ALL. We heard you even saved the day by finding an earring that was lost. Please know that you both are near and dear to our hearts forever and made our night that much more special. We cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond your jobs!

My husband and I got married at the Ashford Estate this past November. From the moment we walked into the Estate, we knew this was our venue. Every single detail of our wedding day was perfected by the Ashford team – we truly did not have to worry about a thing!

They were so warm and made not only us, but our guests feel special on the day of our wedding. Our guests still to this day, tell us what a great wedding we had! The food is excellent. The grounds of the Ashford Estate are simply breathtaking. Thank you to Laura and Kelsey for coordinating and answering all of our questions and concerns through the whole wedding process. Thank you to our bridal attendants Taylor and Lisa who met every single need on the day of our wedding.
