We just wanted to thank you for all the hard work and attention to detail for our daughter’s wedding last evening.
The venue is of course spectacular and any family who is looking for this type of atmosphere would be hard pressed to find a location and facility that is equal to Bonnet Island Estate.
As you know we looked at numerous facilities and what made us choose your site was the people. You and your staff are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. What makes your team stand out however is your attitude and your genuine interest in making sure this event would be a day to remember.
We trusted you and your staff’s recommendations on everything from Menu, entertainment, photographers and bartenders etc. To say your partners and vendors exceeded expectations would be an understatement. They were amazing. The floral arrangements were breathtaking, the food was incredible, the entertainment was extremely well done, as he kept everyone on the dance floor the entire evening.
Also what more can be said about Meredith and the Bartending staff. The signature drinks looked spectacular, were perfectly done and her crew not only served the guests as expected and they were interacting with all the guests and making sure everyone felt at home. Her team expressed their appreciation towards US, how much fun THEY had at the event and constantly wished the Bride and Groom the best of luck.
The attendants were out of this world. Joanne was constantly in the background making sure everything was running smoothly and ensured the bridal party had everything they needed. Again not just doing her job but making sure everyone, took time out and enjoyed the day. The young lady who stayed with us the rest of the evening and attended to my daughter (Sam) was exceptional. Kind, friendly, considerate and professional. Guests were constantly commenting on how wonderful she was. On several occasions guests walked up to me and said ‘I don’t know who that young woman is helping your daughter but she is amazing, wow”. Just another example of going above and beyond what was expected. Sam made my daughter feel like she was the most important person in the world last night. You can train staff but you can’t coach how Sam made my daughter feel. Sam is amazing!
Finally, I wanted to personally thank you. With COVID delaying the event and all the challenges that popped over the past few years you never waivered and reassured us that the day would be wonderful and everything would be perfect. Mary you made our daughter’s wedding an occasion that we will never forget. The one word we heard time and again from our guests was “Perfect”. I could not agree more. We had one of the best day’s of our life and you made it all possible. I understand that this is a business, however we never felt like this was just a transaction to you and your team. You and your crew treated this day like it was your daughter getting married and that made all the difference in the world to us.
I cannot thank you and your entire team enough for how you made our family and guests feel. We will never forget you and our daughter’s special day at Bonnet Island Estate.
