First off, we would like to thank you for all your help and being patient with all our questions and requests. We definitely picked the right place for our wedding and you had a big part of that. You made us feel comfortable right from the first meeting and allayed our fears in dealing with big decisions. Our overall experience was outstanding; everyone of our guest had a great time and we are still getting lots of compliments on the whole event. Our Maitre d’ Kevin and all the staff were very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to decorate and made our guests feel welcomed. Everyone was so helpful and very professional. We enjoyed cocktail hour; the stations were plentiful, the hors d’ oeuvres were delicious and the bar service was timely and courteous. All of our guests enjoyed their dinner and was appreciative that they had a variety of selections. We definitely enjoyed our dinner. The food was cooked as was requested and the quality exceeded our expectations. Everyone’s favorite was the vianese table with so many deserts to choose from and they all had fun at the chocolate fountain. We would definitely recommend your venue to other brides and grooms. Merri-Makers exceeded all our expectations and we are so happy with our choice in trusting the most important occasion we have in you.

Merrimakers was able to take our idea and make it into a reality. All the staff’s service was top notch, and they made sure that the bride and groom were taken care of 110%, from the moment we got there to the moment we left! Additionally, the food was EXCELLENT, from the cocktail hour to the dinner. The bakery did an excellent job; the captured the vision we had for the look for the cake. The cake was also delicious! So many guests were saying ti was the best wedding cake they have had! We would definitely recommend Merrimakers to anyone who is getting married!

I can’t begin to tell you how happy we were with Merrimakers. We have gotten so many compliments on how great our wedding was, and much of that is a result of you and your staff’s hard work.
I was very apprehensive when I learned that Drew was no longer with Merrimakers, and that you would be our new wedding coordinator. I had felt very comfortable around him and now we were getting some “new guy.” One of my biggest concerns was that Drew had made us many promises, some of which were not in writing. I was nervous that these promises would no longer be honored. However, one of the first things you did was put everything into an updated contract, and assured me that we would be given everything we were originally told we would be. You put my mind at ease, which I was very thankful for. Planning a wedding is very stressful (which I am sure you will be reminded of when your daughter gets married), and you gave us one less thing to worry about. You were wonderful to deal with and I never felt bad, or that I was bothering you if I had to contact you about something. In fact, you always encouraged me to contact you with any questions or concerns and to keep the communications going. We were so fortunate to have you as our wedding coordinator.
You did everything you promised and more. Thanks again for getting us the “bolis.” They were awesome, and all Su’s Rutgers friends got a big kick out of it. Many of them took pictures of them, and in fact, my Facebook profile picture is now a picture of Su and I “toasting” our bolis (if you are ever in New Brunswick, I encourage you to go to “Stuff Yer Face”. . . you won’t be sorry). It is small things like that that meant so much to us. She always made sure we had wine or champagne and was constantly asking if she could get us anything else. The only “bad” thing about her is that she gave us four bags of candy from the candy bar to take home (as if it wasn’t hard enough to start eating health again, she has to give us more temptations. . . hahahaha).
Thank you and your staff again for all of your hard work in helping make our wedding such an unforgettable experience. Merrimakers far exceeded our expectations. I had told my brother that as best man it was his responsibility to find you if there were any problems or if we needed anything. However, I never needed him to fulfill his obligations as everything was perfect.
I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use Merrimakers. In fact, I would encourage them (if for no other reasons so that I could fully enjoy all the food that everyone was raving about). In all seriousness, we can’t say enough good things about Merrimakers and we are so happy that we chose your facility for our wedding.
