We only host one wedding or event at a time- giving you our complete and undivided attention.

How many wedding guests can your ballroom hold?
Our ballroom seats up to 225 guests.

Where can I have my wedding ceremony?
We hold ceremonies in our ballroom. The room is divided to create an intimate ceremony site for you and your guests. We set up a seat for each guest and a white arch, which you can have your florist or decorator adorn however you like.

Are your menus able to be altered?
Absolutely, menus can be customized to suit your needs.

Do you require certain vendors at this facility?
No, we do have a list of preferred professionals that we highly recommend however you are free to contract with whomever you like.

Can you offer a Cocktail Station Style Reception?
Yes, we have a wonderful menu that allows your guests to experience our culinary delights offered at themed small plate stations located around the main ballroom.

Do you have a separate Bridal Suite?
Yes, we have a bridal suite that can accommodate you and your bridal party.

Is your facility handicap accessible?
Yes, the whole building is on one level, allowing easy access for all your guests.

Do you offer a separate cocktail room?
Yes, cocktail hours complete with passed hors d’oeuvres are held in our Garden Room, which is a beautiful atrium-style room.

Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, Merri-Makers does allow outside ethnic caterers in the building. We also allow outside bakeries to provide your cake or dessert.

Do your wedding packages include the wedding cake?
Yes, a custom wedding cake is included in all of our wedding packages.

Do you do food tastings?
The best way to taste our food is to join us at the Tavern one evening! We are open from Wednesday – Saturday nights from 5 PM to 11 PM. Although we serve small plates that are not necessarily the same as your menu, it is a good way to see the quality of our food and our service.

Do you offer Valet Parking?
Palumbo’s has ample parking with its own private lot as well as the use of a general parking lot next to the building. We can provide valet parking for your event for an additional charge per person.

Are we able to upgrade the packages? The linens? Bar?
Yes, your event consultant can help you with adding new and exciting stations to your cocktail hour, enhancing your entrée choices, or adding desserts like a Viennese Table. They can also assist you in choosing specialty linens or upgrading to a Top Shelf Bar.
